President Harry S. Truman's remarks upon presenting the Collier Award Trophy, Washington, D. C., the President's office. The Collier Trophy is for aviation. The award was presented to the helicopter industry and representatives present were Dr. Igor I. Sikorsky, Secretary of Defense Robert Lovett, and Vice Admiral Merlin O'Neill.
